We’ve got LAND

After a long and extensive search, with the help of Sheldon Wolanski from Carrington Land Development and Cody Nelson from Avison Young, we finally found our property located in a beautiful neighbourhood in an Edmonton mature neighbourhood. With quiet streets and large trees, we’re excited to build on the stunning corner lot as our first fourplex project.
